ThinkAutomation helps you look analytically at the body of emails coming into your business. Using a token system, ThinkAutomation will track, count, and run reports on email content and context.
You add tokens for data items that you’d like to log, such as keywords or field values. From there, ThinkAutomation will continually update counter values in the message store, for later reporting.

Use case
You want to analyse the sentiment of your inbound emails. ThinkAutomation can be trained to recognise positive and negative messages, and assigns tokens to your emails based on sentiment. You can then pull sentiment reports at any time, to track customer satisfaction.
