A note from the ThinkAutomation team on COVID-19



As COVID-19 disrupts life as we know it – both at work and at home – we’d like to assure our customers that ThinkAutomation will remain a constant. Your automated processes face no turbulence.

Many software customers are now turning to their vendors and asking about their continuity plans. At Parker Software HQ, we can confirm that it’s business as usual in terms of ThinkAutomation and your SLAs.

So, ThinkAutomation will continue to work 24/7/365. It will continue to tick away in the background to automate your processes. And should you need us, we’ll still be available to support you remotely.


The steps we’re taking for you

Security has always been a priority at Parker Software. And, with that in mind, we have long had a pandemic policy and a business continuity plan prepared. These plans are regularly reviewed – the last review taking place on 2020-03-04, in fact.

What this means for you is that we’re prepped for an emergency. Our bases are covered. In turn, this means that your ThinkAutomation service will not drop off in a crisis. Your workflows are stable, and your processing running as standard.

The steps we’re taking for teammates

Our commitment to security also extends to our employees. We want the Parker Software team to feel as safe and risk-protected as possible.

So, our entire workforce is now working remotely. You can still get the same access to customer service and technical support, across the same operational hours. But you get it from a valued, expert team member working safely from home.

And, in the event of an employee contracting COVID-19, we’re providing paid time off. Team members will be able to quarantine without adding a wage hit to their worries.

In a nutshell, then, we’re as fully staffed as ever, as available as ever, and as protected as possible.

As a final note, we’d like to emphasise that we’re here for our customers. We understand that for many, business as usual just isn’t possible. So, if you’re struggling and need additional support from us – extra clients, extra nodes, a temporary fee-waiver – please just ask.
