Each ThinkAutomation processed message that is stored in the Message Store can be viewed via a web browser.
The built-in field %msg_viewurl% contains the unique URL to view the message in the Message Store. You can include this field on outgoing emails or other action types. A user would click the URL to view the message in their browser:
The ID used in the URL is unique to the message and contains a secure hash. This prevents the user from manually altering the URL to try and view a different message.
The ThinkAutomation Web Services need to be setup and working for this to work.
